1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time (1-3 working days) + Shipping time (5-15 working days)
For made to order items, we need around 10-20 working days crafting time!

Our delivery services are currently available to locations within the continental United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada.
(NOTE: This also means that we will not arrange delivery in other countries, except for the above four countries.）

2. Shipping Cost
For United States Mainland customers:

Standard Shipping: Cost $7.99 USD Shipping Time 5-10 working days.

For Canada customers:

Standard Shipping: Cost $7.99 USD Shipping Time 10-15 working days.

For Australian customers:

Standard Shipping: Cost $7.99 USD, Shipping Time 8-14 working days.

For United Kingdom customers:

Standard Shipping: Cost $7.99 USD, Shipping Time 6-12 working days.

Note: Shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so we cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that we will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.

Shipping Methods

We provide delivery services from warehouses in China through FedEx, USPS, DHL, 4px, and other express methods.

3. Order Tracking
Please note that for each shipment notification email you receive, tracking may not be available for the first 24-48 hours. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, please contact us to ask for help. Once you get your tracking number from our email, you could learn the status of your parcel by entering our tracking number on the tracking page of the courier's official website.

4. Tax collection
Our shop does not charge any taxes and fees. We only charge product fees and logistics fees. You can check the bill details on the payment page. If you are charged by the local post office, you will need to bear it yourself. We are not responsible for it.
