REFUND POLICY

【Products purchased from our store agree to all our policies】

1. About product return
Please check the product in time after receiving the goods. If the product itself is damaged after receipt, the product will be returned and exchanged within three days after receipt of the goods. (Special circumstances will be handled separately, everything is subject to the seller)

2. Product Warranty
Within a month, if the product accessories are lost or damaged, you can provide videos and pictures to contact us for replacement of accessories, etc.


3. About refund
We support refunds for all products before they are shipped. Once the products are shipped, no refunds will be accepted. After receiving the product, please confirm whether the product is wrong in time, and no refund will be accepted after 15 days after the date of receipt of the product.

If the goods have been sent, the shipping fee will be deducted and the shipping fee will not be refunded.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
