Refund & Return Policy

Easy Returns


While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that
sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you
ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

That's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days
after receipt of your order, please email us at Sales@HighAltitudeMods.com with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to
process the return.



 Regarding Product Returns:
Upon receiving your order, please promptly inspect the product. If any damage is discovered upon receipt, you have up to three days to return or exchange the item. (Note: Special circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the seller’s discretion.)

 Product Warranty:
Should any product accessories be lost or damaged within a month of purchase, please contact us with videos and pictures for a replacement.

 Refund Policy:
We offer refunds for all products prior to shipment. Once an item has been shipped, no refunds will be granted. Upon receiving your order, promptly verify that the product is correct; no refunds will be issued beyond 15 days from the date of receipt.

If the items have already been dispatched, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund and will not be reimbursed.

To qualify for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the
item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition
and must contain all original packaging and accessories.

*Once the product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued. this process will take 15-30 days. 

"Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual
signs of wear.

If items are returned with visual signs of wear, or have any issues due to
use will not be accepted, and no refund will be given.

Damages

If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when
signing for delivery and send photos to Sales@HighAltitudeMods.com with your name and order number in the subject line the day of
delivery.


High Altitude Mods will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or
incorrect merchandise at our cost.


To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@highaltitudemods.com. Please be aware that returns must be sent to our warehouse in Colorado and not returned to sender. 

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
