Shipping policy

Thank you very much for choosing our products. To help you clearly understand our shipping arrangements, here are the detailed shipping policies:

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation
e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and
pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  


As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that
your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item
is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and
reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be
made.  


If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5-7 business
days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your
order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock at our Colorado warehouse we will process the charges to your credit card and your order will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of your order.  


We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order
leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when
checking out.  


If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business
days of your order feel free to follow up with us at Sales@HighAltitudeMods.com.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you
notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery
or do not agree to accept the delivery.


If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos
using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or
products inside the packaging. 


If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to [email
address], then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.

Shipping methods and delivery time

       If the maximum length of your order is less than 60 cm, we will use air shipping, and it is expected to arrive within 10 working days after shipment.

       If the maximum length of your order is 60 cm or more, we will ship it by sea for you and it is expected to arrive within 30 to 40 working days after shipment.

Shipping methods and delivery time from local warehouse

If your order is in stock at our local warehouse in Colorado, your order will ship within 5-7 business days. Depending on the size of the product(s) you order, the shipping carrier and delivery time will vary. 

Shipping time to the lower 48 states from our Colorado warehouse averages 7 business days. 

FREE Shipping policy

Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within the United States (USA).
We don't want to mess around with fine print and extra charges, we
like things to be simple and easy.

Tax and fee specification

Due to the different tax policies in different countries, the taxes and fees of some goods may need to be supported by the customers themselves.

Tracking 

After your order is shipped, we will provide you with the corresponding logistics tracking number. You can track the shipping progress of your goods in real time on the corresponding logistics website through the tracking number to keep you informed of the latest status of your order.

 Special circumstances

The shipping time may be affected by unforeseen factors such as bad weather, customs inspection, and holidays. However, we will closely monitor the status of your order and communicate with you promptly in case of any abnormalities.

For international shipping, please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply. Any additional charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
